Salted Caramel Mousse

I’m not a huge fan of salted caramel but it seemed inevitable that I would try this dessert. Salted caramel is all the rage right now from mousse to cookies to lattes. I went out of my comfort zone to make this mousse and I’m glad I did. It’s an elegant dessert that is actually simple to make. Consider making this for your holiday office party or for that last-minute get together with friends. You may also serve this with a dollop of whip cream in addition to the extra sauce.
