When I was looking for some “mocktails” that would be great for both adults who want to skip the alcohol and for kids who want a pretty drink, I stumbled across this wonderful idea. The non-alcoholic mimosa literally could not be easier to make with just two ingredients and tastes wonderful. The only difficult part was choosing a fruit to garnish the drink with. After quite a bit of consideration, I decided to go with blood oranges as they are just neat looking.
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (chilled)
- 1/2 cup sparkling apple cider (chilled)
Slightly tilt the glass and slowly pour in the chilled sparkling apple cider.
Wait for few seconds for the bubbles to disappear on the top.
Then pour in the chilled fresh orange juice.
