I don’t write about cocktails or drinks often, although I capture them through pictures a lot as many of my clients need drink pictures. I’m partial to raspberries (or any berries) so this caught my eye. I wonder how this would work with blueberries. If you try that, let me know how that works.
- 2 oz golden rum
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp orange curacao
- 1 1/2 tsp raspberry syrup
- 2 raspberries (frozen ones are fine)
- Extra raspberries to garnish
Put the rum, lemon juice, curacao, raspberry syrup, raspberries and plenty of ice in your cocktail shaker.
Shake really hard, pour into glass, and garnish with extra raspberries.
